How to Overcome the Fear of Public Speaking
How to Overcome the Fear of Public Speaking Introduction Majority of people get performance anxiety when they need to make a speech in front of the audiences. According to Lake (2015), seventy-five percent of the population suffers from the fear of public speaking. Over time, people will try to avoid participating in any speeches as they feel nervous while speaking. In fact, there are few ways to overcome the fear of public speaking which are organizing the presentation, breathing exercises, and practicing more. (NG CHAI YET) 1st point: Organizing the presentation The first way to overcome the fear of public speaking is by organizing the presentation (Golberg, 2016). There are several steps to organize the presentation. First of all, the speaker should understand the topic of the presentation and organize the information (Hall-Flavin, 2014). It is important to make sure that the information is correct, clear, and related to the topic in order to make fewer mistakes and not digress from the topic. The speaker should do research and get correct information from books, articles, journals and suitable website which are related to the topic. Secondly, the speaker can try to remember the arrangement of the speech (Martinuzzi, 2013). By remembering the arrangement, the organized information can help the speaker be more confident and remain in control during the presentation. For example, the speaker can use the presentation slides to help them remember the arrangement and reduce their fear of public speaking. Besides that, one of the reasons for the fear of public speaking is the speaker fear of receiving the questions (Martinuzzi, 2013). Before speaking in public, the speaker should prepare a list of potential questions from the audience (Martinuzzi, 2013). This can increase the speakers confidence reducing the fear of public speaking. In addition, another reason for the fear of public speaking is the anxiety that could cause the speaker to forget or disorganize the main points. Therefore, the speakers can make a cue card with the main points and ideas (Goldberg, 2016). However, the main point must be in point form and not in essay form. The cue card helps the speaker to avoid forgetting the main points and reduces their fear of giving a presentation on stage. In short, these steps in planning a presentation can help the speaker to be prepared for public speaking with a more confident and relaxed attitude. (MIMOSA TAN SIN YIE) 2nd point: Breathing exercises The fear of public speaking can be overcome and eliminated by learning breathing exercises. Breathing is a useful tool for relaxing and refreshing the mind as it is something that people are able to control and regulate. There are several methods for breathing exercises. Speaker can take the time to inhale and exhale before starting the speech(Weil, 2016). Taking a deep breath before start the speech can lower the speakers stress level and reduce anxiety. For example, stage fright can be a significant hurdle to the speaker that wanted to share the information with the audiences. Therefore, breathing can increase self-confidence and enhance the speakers voice to be louder. Moreover, try to breathe normally and comfortably when speaking too fast (Peters, 2010). Generally, people who are nervous will speed up their speaking instead of enunciating the sentences properly because they are trying to end the speech sooner. Focusing on breathing can not only calm the speaker but also a powerf ul relaxation technique for the speaker to continue the speech with better performance. Furthermore, pause and breathe between the points during the speechis another way to overcome the fear of speaking (Nuumburg, n.d). For instance, take a breath after an idea is given out and introducing another with few second later can rebuild the speakers confidence and undoubtedly, it can manage and release fear. In fact, it will also sustain the physical capacity for the speaker to talk for a long time. The benefits of breathing exercises are both physical and psychological. Thus, learning to breathe naturally the benefits will be enormous for reduce the fear when they having a speech. (RENEE TAN CHAI NI) 3rd point: Practice more The most common way the speaker can overcome the fear of public speaking is more practice. For practice public speaking, they have to understand their speaking material so that can prepare well to deliver the speak (Martinuzzi, 2013). Practice can help them to understand their speech but not memorize it. When practicing public speaking in the home, they can practice in front of the mirror (Sahay, 2016). This is the most effective way because it is able to help them to pay attention to their posture, gestures, movement and facial expressions. Gentle expressions will gain the audiences attention and they will concentrate to their speech. Moreover, they can record their speech by using a video camera and watching it in order to make corrections easily (Daniel K. Hall-Flavin, 2014). Furthermore, they can try practicing public speaking in front of an audience. Looking for an audience to evaluate to their performance. They can also join a club that can give them opportunities to speak in front of the audience, such as Toastmaster. Toastmaster is a communication and leadership development organization worldwide (Toastemasters International, n.d.) It is a great place for people to practice public speaking because the people who study with the program will give them valuable advice (Gray, n.d.). More practice with public speaking will help them gain more experience. Thus, they will feel more comfortable when speaking in front the audience and no fear. (ROSELIND KANG KAI QI) Conclusion In conclusion, public speaking is a form of communication to share ones thoughts to influence others. It is a need to everyone regardless for education or career purpose. Preparation is very important as good preparation can overcome ones fear and increase their confident level towards a success performance. People will be benefited by having several keys in their pocket to overcome the fear of public speaking. (NG CHAI YET) References Lake, R. (2015, April 28). Biography of Kate Chopin :: essays research papers
Biography à à à à à Kate Chopin was one of the most influential nineteenth century American fiction writers. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on either one of three dates: February 8, 1851, February 8, 1850, or July 12, 1850, depending on the source. She once said that she was born in 1851, but her baptismal certificate states February 8, 1850 as her birthday (Inge, 2). There is also an indiscretion regarding the spelling of her name. Her full name is Katherine Oââ¬â¢Flaherty Chopin, but one source spells her first name with a ââ¬ËCââ¬â¢ (Katherine, 1). Her father, Thomas Oââ¬â¢Flaherty, was an Irish immigrant who became a successful merchant in St. Louis. Her mother, Eliza Faris Oââ¬â¢Flaherty, came from a wealthy aristocratic Creole family (Inge, 2). Kate Chopin was a student at the Academy of the Sacred Heart in St. Louis. Here she learned the Catholic teachings and great intellectual discipline. She graduated from this French school in 1868 (Inge, 2). On June 9t h in 1870, she married Oscar Chopin. Together the couple had six children: Jean (1871), Oscar (1873), George (1874), Frederick (1876), Felix (1878), and Lelia (1879) (Inge, 3). During the 12 years that she was married, Chopin spent 9 years in New Orleans and the following three years in Cloutierville in Natchitoches Parish (Inge, 3). She was an extremely unconventional woman for her era. Not only did she write about a forbidden subject, female sexuality, but she smoked cigarettes and would go on long walks through the streets of New Orleans by herself, both of which were not common practices during the nineteenth century (Inge, 3). Kate Chopin enjoyed the variety of cultures that surrounded her in Louisiana; she was involved in the lives of the wealthy Creoles and the poor sharecroppers. Tragedy struck her in December of 1882, when her husband became ill from swamp fever and passed away (Inge, 3). Shortly after his death, Chopin became involved with a man by the name of Albert Sampite, a married man (Anderson, 1). A lot of inspiration is thought to have come from this relationship because so many of the characters in her stories are married individuals who become sexually involved with a single partner resulting in a relationship that ethically could never survive. She left Cloutierville in 1884, partly because of her relationship with Sampite, and moved back to St. Louis to be close to her mother (Inge, 3).

Cosmetic Surgery
The way a woman handles herself is important, according to most Americans. Furthermore, the way a woman looks on the outside surpasses all other qualities. Most women do not realize this, but this is the way in which they place their importance. In a world filled with superficiality, it is not astonishing to think that most women are un-satisfied with their outward appearance. Unhappiness with oneââ¬â¢s outward appearance has lead to cosmetic surgery being the only solution. Cosmetic surgery has lead to more than one problem for our country and for the lives of people involved. Modifying oneââ¬â¢s body from cosmetic surgery is not only harmful physically; it is also highly expensive, a ââ¬Å"quickâ⬠fix for oneââ¬â¢s deeper rooted issues, and may become highly addictive. The expansion on plastic surgery during World War One shined light upon different techniques and medical advances within this field. Originally, plastic surgery was only by means of reconstruction due to the horrific injuries of war. Doctors were required to facilitate soldiers back to health, and with the new advances of surgery they were able to give soldiers back their life in a new way. Facial reconstruction began as a new practice for plastic surgeons. Particularly this is because of the modern day weapons causing soldiers to have more bodily injuries. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons stated, ââ¬Å"Never before had physicians been required to treat so many and such extensive facial and head injuries. Shattered jaws, blown-off noses, and lips gaping skull wounds caused by modern weapons inquired innovative restorative procedures. â⬠(ââ¬Å"American Society of Plastic Surgeonsâ⬠)The war was completely divesting, but the surgical procedures gave hope to the soldiers. These new advancements held a purpose, but with the knowledge of surgical procedures people began to take advantage and used it for non-practical ways. With the rising awareness of plastic surgery, people became astonished with the fact that one can change his/her looks with no effort at all. What was thought of as a procedure that benefited someone took a completely different turn in the 1980ââ¬â¢s. During this time persons had a heightened awareness of plastic surgery, and desired to find more information about this technique. Information was able to reach home with the help of ââ¬Å"brochuresâ⬠. (ââ¬Å"American Society of Plastic Surgeonsâ⬠) However, it was not until the 1990ââ¬â¢s that the media and internet became involved. With the ability of having an at home computer, surgeons were able to provide a surgical conference for their potential clients. This advancement gave more light to cosmetic surgeries such as rhinoplasty. As a consequence of this heightened awareness, people began to ââ¬Å"fixâ⬠every flaw by means of surgery. However, this type of surgery is different due to the fact that it is not a reconstruction of the abnormity it is purely cosmetic. The growing obsession with cosmetic surgery led to unrealistic views of what beauty should be. The view of beauty has changed significantly over the past hundred years. Beauty use to be the way a lady holds herself with her morals and her attitude which reflected outwardly. In the twenty-first century, beauty is viewed only as the means of perfection. Women have significantly lost self-esteem over the past years because of the constant pressure to always look a certain way. In particular, teenagers and young woman are affected most by the way one is viewed by other people because they place such a high importance on impressing and their appearance. These women and teenagers see one self as being un-fit for normal interactions with people. This is a contributing factor to the millions of dollars that is spent by people to change their imperfections. According to Alex Kuczynski, in America the cosmetic industry makes up to $15 billion. ââ¬Å"Kuczynskiâ⬠4) With average pricing of laser treatments being $6,000 and liposuction being $11,000 it is very easy to see why the economy is in such turmoil today. The media has influenced most of the billions of dollars that are placed into cosmetic surgery. Commercials, billboards, brochures, testimonies, and telemarketers are the a few of the ways in which the media drags a person into believing that one is not suited enough for their own well-being. As a culture, we have feed into these uncomforting lies about our looks which have made us more prone to see our flaws. In 2003, more than half of Americans- 51 percent- said that they were not quite comfortable to not at all comfortable with their appearance, according to Roper study. â⬠(ââ¬Å"Kuczynskiâ⬠5) Perhaps, if the media was not involved so heavily in pursing surgery, people would not be willing to spend thousands of dollars on one procedure. Lastly, cosmetic surgery may become highly addictive. It has been said that once one starts pursuing surgery, it is hard to quit. The reasoning behind may be because of a disorder called body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). This disorder perceives oneââ¬â¢s self completely different than it actually is, and persons that are affected by this disorder become fixated with a slight ââ¬Å"imperfectionâ⬠that leads to obsessive behavior. ââ¬Å"The obsessions can consume a personââ¬â¢s thoughts, harming every aspect of their life. â⬠(ââ¬Å"Jamesâ⬠Web) This obsession is also seen more frequently in adolescents. This obsession takes complete control over their life. The person no longer feels useful to the world, and feels that the only way to survive is through cosmetic surgery. It is tragic to see oneââ¬â¢s life be affected so deeply by their appearance, but it is seen by almost everyone in America. In order to make one feel less conscious about their appearance, we as a society need to shift our priorities in a colossal way. Not only should a teenager or young woman feel less appreciated because of their looks, but no one should feel this way. As a society we need to practice the use of inner beauty instead of outer beauty. It is our duty to make America feel united and not separate by our appearance. Therefore, our society would benefit economically, socially, and morally by changing our views on appearance. Cosmetic Surgery Cosmetic Surgery Have you ever thought about how much cosmetic surgery has progressed and all the different types of surgeries? Cosmetic surgery is the practice of reshaping body tissues. It is also known as plastic surgery. Plastic is derived from the Greek word Plastikos meaning ââ¬Å"to mold. â⬠Plastic surgery dates all the way back 3000 years ago, to the Ancient Egyptians, Indians, and Greeks. We may not recognize that people back then used a form of plastic surgery, but they did.Centuries ago tribes used plastics surgery methods by disking their lips, stretching their earlobes, binding their feet, filing their teeth, and tattooing and scaring their skin. (Random History) Those were plastic surgery procedures back than. Now there is liposuction, nose jobs, eyelid surgery, tummy tucks, breast augmentation and reductions, Botox, microdermabrasion, collagen injections, laser hair removal, and chemical pads. Plastic surgery has advanced over several thousands of years and will continue. The history of plastic surgery goes back to ancient Egypt (1279-1212 BC).The Egyptians did not practice surgeries on the living, but they did practice on the dead. The surgeries they did are not what we think of when we hear the word cosmetic surgery, but the way they prepared the dead were part of the principles of cosmetic surgery today. Egyptians called it mummification. Pharaohs were mummified using special techniques that would enhance the features that were prominent to them. One step with mummification was to take the deceased to the ââ¬Å"per nefer,â⬠otherwise known as the House of Beauty, and add ââ¬Å"cosmeticsâ⬠to give the body a life-like appearance. The Egyptians used materials that we do not think of using. For example, Ramesses II had a small piece of bone and several seeds placed in his nose to hold the shape. His nose was surgically altered to make sure it looked be recognizable in the afterlife. Another example is the mummy of Queen Nunjmet. She had bandages stuck in her cheek and belly. (Random History) This represents how surgeons now will implant silicone into the body of a person. It is the same idea. Even though there are only records of Egyptians practicing on the dead, they had the skills and techniques to perform surgeries on the living as well. Jen) Ancient India (approximately 300 BC) is the birthplace of plastic surgery. Ancient India is the time that there were records of reconstructive surgery performed on the living. Punishment for a crime may have been cutting off ones nose if guilty. (Jen) This form of punishment led to the birth of rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty is commonly known as a nose-job. During this era the method Rhinoplasty was also described as the ââ¬Å"attached flap,â⬠or what we know today as the skin graft. A skin graft is where the epidermis is removed from one part of the body and used on another.Surgeons reconstructed the nose by cutting skin from either the cheek or forehead. Than tha t piece of skin, skin side out, was twisted over a leaf of the right size. After that the skin was sewed into place, and in order to keep the nostrils open during the healing process two polished wooden tubes were put in them. (Random History) During this time there was no anesthesia so the pain of this procedure was brutal and the risk of infections was high. Not only were there a large number of nose jobs in India, but the surgeons also worked on ears. The Indians were fashionable people and as a result of this both adults and children wore earrings. These earrings were constructed out of heavy materials that caused the earlobe to often spilt open. To repair the earlobe the doctors used a skin graft from the cheek. Surgery of the ear is known as Otoplasty. Not only did surgeons develop procedures for the nose and ears, they also did for lips too. The main reason why so many people had their nose, ears, and lips cut was because that is how people were punished for criminal, religiou s, and military crimes.Ancient India is where plastic surgery official became introduced. There are hundreds of surgeries performed on people daily. Surgeries are performed on every part of the body, from head to toe. There are well over 100 different surgeries done. Over 50 of those surgeries are done on the face. A few of the popular face surgeries are botox, rhytidectomy, and lip augmentation. A few of other surgeries done on the rest of the body are liposuction, breast surgery, and abdominoplasty. How Many Types) Botox is a nonsurgical cosmetic procedure that was introduced in the late 1980ââ¬â¢s and it is one of the top five procedures. This procedure is used to help decrease glabellar lines. Glabellar lines are vertical lines on the face between the eye brows and when someone frowns. Botox is a shot the essentially paralyzes the muscles that produce lines. This procedure can last anywhere between a few minutes to 30 minutes. Numbing cream or anesthesia is usually used with botox, but the needles are so small that there is hardly any pain at all. Botox can ause headaches, nausea, flu-like symptoms, and redness around injection site. Botox has become very popular within the last 10 years. Rhytidectomy is known as a face lift. (Village pointe) Face lift is a surgical procedure that helps improve appearance of the face. Face lift is a common procedure. There are positive and negative side effects of getting a face lift. The positives are that a face lift can correct sagging skin, tighten facial muscles, and improve your facial contour. The negative side effects are that it can cause nerve damage, visible scarring, swelling, bruising, and pain. There are many different types of face lifts that can be done, such as mini face lift, lower face lift, mid face lift, etc. It just depends on the person getting the surgery what area they want to have improved. Lip augmentation is to give fuller lips. Hylauronic acid is what is usually injected into the lip. This ac id is a natural substance found in the body and it improves the lips volume, structure, and shape. The effects of a lip augmentation last around six months, so in order to keep the volume wanted; treatments are needed about every six months.Fat injections used to be used on the lips to make them fuller, but the results vary and the side effects are at a greater risk so that method is not used as much. (Lip augmentation) Liposuction is a simple surgical procedure that removes excess fat between the skin and muscle. A small stainless steel tube is attached to a suction pump, than the tube is inserted into fat through small incisions made on the skin. There are many different techniques that are used to perform liposuction. A common technique of liposuction is laser liposuction. Laser and Ultrasound) Laser liposuction is used to target specific body parts and it is designed to only target fat cells, so it protects the muscle and nerve tissues. Laser liposuction causes less pain, faster healing, and a smaller amount of bruising after. (Village pointe) There are three different types of breast surgery that are common. They are breast augmentations, reduction mammoplasty, and mastopexy. Breast augmentation is better known as breast implant. (What is Breast Augmentation? Reduction mammoplasty also known as breast reduction is where skin and glandular tissue is removed to reduce the breast size. Mastopexy is a breast lift. It is where the breasts are lifted or reshaped to make them less saggy. (Village Pointe) Cosmetic surgery has become more advanced within the last couple thousand years. The world of cosmetic surgery grew from the narrow field of rhinoplasty to over a 150 different types of surgeries. As we become more advanced in the cosmetic field, new technology makes the procedures faster and the risk factors involved are not as high. According to Bryan Eisenberg, a marketing consultant : ââ¬Å"Investing in people and the tools that those people need to be successful is key, but it s the people who can understand that data that really matterâ⬠.Web analytics tools spew mammoth data in the form of various reports, data sets, data, charts and overlays. It is the responsibility of an analyst to deduce this data and provide insights to the organization for enhancements. No organization use web analytics every time, but it s advantageous to be familiar with some of the top preferences and how they fit into the whole web strategy and using multiple tools only gives you further levels of insight into your customers and your success rate, which is not easy. Time Value of Money - 2092 Words
Time Value of Money The time value of money (TVM) or, discounted present value, is one of the basic concepts of finance and was developed by Leonardo Fibonacci in 1202. The time value of money (TVM) is based on the premise that one will prefer to receive a certain amount of money today than the same amount in the future, all else equal. As a result, when one deposits money in a bank account, one demands (and earns) interest. Money received today is more valuable than money received in the future by the amount of interest we can earn with the money. If $90 today will accumulate to $100 a year from now, then the present value of $100 to be received one year from now is $90. There are investors set in place to guide society on choosing the correct or more reliable investment. Valuing investing may seem to go against conventional investment wisdom in many cases because value investors tend to seek out several stocks that they might believe the market has undervalued. So in other words they will put their faith or trust in other markets to see if there is money available. Smaller companies do not get as much publicity as the larger companies receive. Society believes that the smaller company cannot pull in as much business in order for someone to invest in them. Investing can be dangerous at times because of economic uncertainty in the corporate world. Companies stocks fluctuate everyday, so it can be looked at as gambling. So people that invest in companies that do not have a good reputation with stocks often loose money. TVM also takes into account risk aversion - both default risk and inflation risk. 100 monetary units today is a sure thing and can be enjoyed now. In 5 years that money could be worthless or not returned to the investor. There is a residual time value of money, beyond compensation for default and inflation risk, that represents simply the preference for money now versus later. Challenges Business For In Cyber Security â⬠Myassignmenthelp.Com
Question: Discuss About The Challenges Business For In Cyber Security? Answer: Introduction The topic of the challenges in the cyber security for the business has been a topic of discussion for some time now. Most of the attention has been focussed on the high profile such as the data breaches as well as the government mandates with little attention to provide possible solution on how to mitigate on these issues (Chen, Chiang and Storey, 2012). Currently the legal framework to manage on the cyber security has been weak with most of the business relying on the proprietary approaches towards the cybersecurity. The concern of the cybersecurity is now one of the primary issue in the company presently, yet few people recognize on the particular needs that are essential to maintain a company along with the information safe from the cyber criminals (Chen, Chiang and Storey, 2012). The general public might appreciate the importance of maintaining the computers along with the data ore secure, the workers might lack more effective working knowledge that is required in order to preven t the falling prey in the direction of the intricacy of the cybercrimes that is happening at work today (Wang, Ye, Xu, Yiu, Hui and Chow, 2010). Breach happens from opening apparently harmless emails to leaving the browsers window open along with the unattended , you will discover small unintentional actions of the workers that could result in the huge issues for the companies of most the sizes (Choo, 2011).The cyber security have been greatest threats to the businesses all around the world. According to the Economic Forum 2016 the global risks reports have estimated that the cost has been around 445 billion dollars worldwide from the cybercrimes. Most of the organization do not realize that they are much vulnerable and they are prone to many risks. Project objective The main objective of the study is to find out the challenges in the Cyber security for the business. In the current business set up there has been an increased in the security concern and the literature on the research has not been insufficient (Jajodia, Liu, Swarup and Wang, 2010). Therefore the need to undertake the research on this topic to explore on the eminent cyber security challenges which the business are encountering. Project scope This research on the challenges of the cyber security in the business will focus on all the organization in all the sector. The cyber security threat affects organization across the globe not limiting to certain sector. Literature review In every business they have their own challenges which are related to the cyber security. With the abundant utilization of the technological innovation in place of work, the cyber criminals might have an array of the vulnerabilities of the organization to benefit from (Gunes, Peter, Givargis and Vahid, 2014). You can find bits of the personal details which can be gathered maliciously from the numerous sources therefore resulting in identity theft, as well as some of the other costly breaches of the security. Nearly any piece of the personal data which is collected from the legitimate reasons of the company could be exploited for the dubious use (Choo, 2011). The customers along with the consumer might not understand the information with regards to the cyber threats, they trust that the business they do business with stay present on any specific new subject and they are much precautionary when it comes to keeping trusted data secure. According to cybercrime survey which has been done the USA there has been an increase in the cyber-attack threats which increases on the vulnerabilities of adopting to the various means of the information technology (Crdenas, Amin and Sastry, 2008). Some of the most common vulnerability trends in the business are on the social collaboration, moving of the storage of data to the cloud as well as digitizing of the sensitive information. In a span of 2 years, the risk which has been posed by the cyber-attack has improved exponentially. In 2014, you will discover tens of millions of the credit card that were stolen from the larger retailers. In 2015, there was clearly bigger detrimental attack that was the social security breach (Wang, Ye, Xu, Yiu, Hui and Chow, 2010). The hackers desired to gain access to a piece of the information which they might not be altered and tens of the millions of the SSNs were misappropriated from the health care organizations. When the security breaches make headline they tend to be catastrophic failures of the technology (Wang, Ye, Xu, Yiu, Hui and Chow, 2010). The role of the insider plays in the vulnerability of the organization has been massive and growing (Crdenas, Amin and Sastry, 2008). According to the cyber security Intelligence Index in 2016 by IBM, found out that approximately sixty percent of all the attack were carried out by insider individuals in those business. Out of thes e attack, three quarter they involved malicious intent (Baheti and Gill, 2011). According to the research it further revealed that the business which were mostly under the attack are in the health care, manufacturing, as well as the financial sector. The challenges which are facing the business today particularly in the current period as follows; one of the challenge is that of DDoS attack. This attack has crippled many business including cloud based internet performance organization Dyn and BBC (Crdenas, Amin and Sastry, 2008). This kind of the attack occurs when the perpetrator seeks in making of the machine or the resource of the network unavailable to the users through temporarily disrupting on the services of the host which is connected to the internet (Hay, Nance and Bishop, 2011). This is accomplished through the flooding of the targeted machine or the resources with the user of the superfluous requests with the intention of overloading the system as well as preventing all the legitimate requests from being fulfilled (Czosseck and Geers, 2009). This attacks have increased to over ten million attacks, this is according to Phil Everson, who is the United Kingdom cyber risk services at the Deloitte (Elmaghraby and Losavio, 20 14). The volume as well as the scale of these breaches would pose as a challenge for many business regardless of the size. Another challenge which many business may face is that of hacktivism. This is the subversive use of the computers as well as the computer networks in order to promote the political agenda or the social change (Elmaghraby and Losavio, 2014). Not all the cyber criminals are for the profit orientation and the rise of the hacktivism highlights that the growing number of the individual who are breaking into the computer systems is for the political and social reasons (Kumar, Srivastava and Lazarevic, 2006). These attacks may be very damaging than the traditional threats since the hacktivists wants to make a statement, in order to make their efforts to be very publicly damaging for the reputation of the organization. There are significant safety concern in the event that hacktivists could override on the safety mechanism or perhaps publish the document that pose a nat ional security risks. Social engineering is another challenge that the business face today; this challenge is becoming more common against many business and it is also increasing to become sosphicated. The hackers are devising clever methods in order to fool the employees as well as people into handling over valuable data of the company (Hay, Nance and Bishop, 2011). The social engineering involves some form of the psychological manipulation, through fooling unsuspecting users or perhaps the employees into handling over their confidential or the sensitive data. The social engineering hacks are one through use of phishing emails that seek to have you divulge your data or perhaps redirect you to website for example the banking or even the shopping sites that may look legitimate and entice you to provide your information. The threat of the social engineering in the internet of things comprise of hacking into things which are connected in the world (Hay, Nance and Bishop, 2011). This attack in the IOT is a st rong kind of the force multiplier as individuals have no control of all the things which are connected. The business could face the challenge of the fake ad and the feedback. In some of the cases the clients could be bombarded with the advertisements online, there could be proliferation of the fake ads as well as phishing attack which may erode on the trust when it comes to net based marketing collateral (OConnell, 2012). Additionally, when it comes to the purchased like as well as other forms of the fabricated feedback are exacerbating on the problem, leaving the customers sceptical of the validity to the various online advertising techniques. It is important to note that even the business which are not involved in these activities could find the fake ads as well as other nefarious marketing tactics are affected through their legitimate campaigns (OConnell, 2012). Other challenge could be on the machine learning; it is important to note that first, the machine learning algorithms are helping on the businesses to perform on the complicated data analysis tasks on the huge quantities of the data at a great speed through use of the minimal manual input (OConnell, 2012). The technology which is used to detect on the fraud, could predict the success of the marketing campaigns as well as automate on the clients product suggestions, and a number of various innovative applications. Nonetheless, McAfee have predicted that the machine learning could be leverage to commit the crimes for instance, aiding the fraudsters when it comes to identifying of the high value target among some of the large datasets (Jajodia, Liu, Swarup and Wang, 2010). Another challenge of the cyber security to the business is that of the malware. This occurs everywhere and it is abundant and a number of the cyber criminals uses it in order to achieve their goal. According to research some malware sole purpose is to sit inside the network and lay low (Kumar, Srivastava and Lazarevic, 2006.). The access can be sold to the highest bidder on the underground networks. This kind of the malware can be regar ded as the remote access Trojan (Groves, 2003). A malware of such magnitude may raise a challenge to the cyber security professional since it is designed not to be detected by nature (OConnell, 2012). Moreover, signalling the significance of having of the visibility through use of the technology such as EDR could help in gaining of that visibility which is needed to flush the Trojan from their holes. According to the Kaspersky Lab they revealed recently that the malware attacks has tripled between 2015-2016, with the business identifying more than eight million malicious attacks have been installations. Many businesses may also incur challenge of the botnets. This challenge is that many of the botnets owners usually design on the systems which are more adaptive as well as redundant than many of the other corporate as well as government networks (Dumitras and Neamtiu, 2011). Additionally, there may be the challenge of the password management (Kumar, Srivastava and Lazarevic, 2006). The challenge of this aspect to the business is putting in place as well as enforcing on a stronger user controlled passwords which are much less likely to be broken (Choo, 2010). Although more than twenty six percent of the organization have not been able to address on the device management there is need to protect them in the workplace. This educational as well as the administrative challenge entails to have a creative solutions as well as enforced policies (Wang, Ye, Xu, Yiu, Hui and Chow, 2010). These results would be encouraging that the companies deploy protection to towards the device management to enable there is security and prevent the attackers from exploiting on the vulnerabilities in the system (Chen, Chiang and Storey, 2012). There has also been rising expectations which pose a challenge in that there has been a shift in the conventional business model to the real time , on the internet , client centric digital model that has resulted in the high client expectations . The customers along with the new prospects need there is an excellent digital experience that has been delivered via the several real period. Moreover, the business many inquire penalties that are imposed by the service level agreements in the event they are not able to meet on the rising expectations. In the cyber security there has been an emerging and advance threats. The cyber security has been a dynamic as well as a difficult problem to solve. There has been malicious actors which are typically unknown, covert, and with very technical specialized skills and funded (Chak, 2015). Their objective is to l ook for any weak link in the business and exploit on it. Based on history it clearly shows that the cyber criminals are well known on how to exploit on some of these weaknesses almost at the will. Nonetheless, it is important to understand that internet of things and the industrial cybersecurity may pose a challenge to the business (Chen, Chiang and Storey, 2012). The devices which are connected to the internet are one of the pillars when it comes to the digital transformation of the business processes as well as the products which they commercialize, since this connection can enable the organization to obtain on the valuable data for the decision making, and opportunities. The challenge which is posed by this paradigm arises when they are attack by the hackers who target these system (Chen, Chiang and Storey, 2012). The problem which is within the environments are not within the scope of the traditional cyber security business since it is not enough for them to have the cybersecuri ty measures but rather also on the functionality of these devices and their technicality be understood. In general, the businesses in these industry are much not prepared to face on this huge challenge. Conclusion The cyber landscape has become complex and concerning for many business today. Many of these organization are at a loss of what to do. There have been many cyber-attacks in these large and small organization such as the Distributed Denial of services, phishing, hacktivism as well as social engineering aspect. Organization needs to implement the best security measures to prevent these attacks particularly to the system which have become vulnerable for the attackers to exploit. When this has been achieved the challenge of the cyber security concern in the business will be reduced significantly globally. References Baheti, R. and Gill, H., 2011. Cyber-physical systems.
